The Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) Top-Up programme will help you to develop 21st-century practical knowledge of the corporate world. This degree will enable you to make effective managerial decisions and to successfully communicate with others. You will acquire knowledge in subjects such as business management, human resource management, finance, marketing management and logistics & supply chain management, equipping you with the necessary tools to possibly obtain a position in any industry.

Those who have earned a recognised diploma in business/management field can join the B.B.A. (Top-up) programme and receive a full bachelor degree in one year.

Minimum Duration: 12 months

BUS110 Business Communication (7.5ECTS)
This module will teach learners how to effectively communicate in the business world and how to create professional presentations that will win over an audience.

ECO150 Principles of Economics (7.5ECTS)
This module will dive into economic fundamental activities such as distribution, exchange, production, and consumption.

FIN160 Principles of Finance (7.5ECTS)
This module will help the student further gain the necessary skills to analyse financial statements and begin to understand how to make sound financial plans and decisions.

MKT170 Principles of Marketing (7.5ECTS)
This module will also help learners understand the importance of a good marketing mix, to evaluate product placement, and to be able to outline a company’s marketing plan.

HRM180 Human Resource Management (7.5ECTS)
This module will help to develop the student’s ability to effectively lead, motivate, communicate and organize the skills that they need to manage HR relationships within a company.

MGT220 Operations Management (7.5ECTS)
This module will enable learners to understand the managing intricacies of how to plan, control, and organize international operations.

BUS240 Sustainable Business Practices (7.5ECTS)
This course develops awareness of sustainability in the business world and how each individual company should do its part to contribute to the well-being of the environment.

MGT260 Logistics and Supply Chain Management (7.5ECTS)
Logistics is the process of managing, planning, and facilitating the flow of products within a supply chain and this module will help the learner to uncover the inner workings of logistics for a company.

MGT380 Business Management Capstone Project (7.5ECTS)
This module will allow the learner to demonstrate his/her knowledge of both theories and the understanding of practical applications in Business Management. By completing the Capstone Project, learners will demonstrate their abilities to apply the necessary theories in real-world applications.

Schedule and attend a virtual verification session to authenticate the documents submitted.

During the session, you will be required to present:

A secondary form of identification (e.g., driver’s license or other official legal document)

The verification session can be conducted in English, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Bahasa Indonesia, based on your preference.

This step ensures academic integrity and safeguards the authenticity of all applicants.

Upon successful verification and evaluation:

You will receive your Official Admission Letter
A BBA Study Plan will be issued

➤ Step 4: Begin Your Studies

Upon successful admission into the BBA program, you will commence your learning journey by completing 7 core BBA modules along with an Business Management Capstone Project, all delivered through live, interactive online sessions.

Each module is conducted over two weekends per month—typically on the first and third weekends. Classes are scheduled from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured yet flexible learning experience for working professionals.

➤ Step 5: Final Assessment & Degree Award

Students may complete the program and earn the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 12 months, provided all course requirements are fulfilled and fully settled all tuition fees due.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree or equivalent professional qualification with two years of working experience,
In lieu of the Bachelor’s degree, applicants will be considered with a recognized Business Diploma (Associate Degree) and a minimum of five years of working experience.
English ability equivalent TOEFL 600 points.

Mature Entry Route (done on case-by-case evaluation basis only):
Applicants without any High School completion qualification should possess at least 8 years of professional working experience.

The minimum study period for BBA degree program is 12 months and maximum study period is 24 months from the date of Admission Letter.

What if I am not able to complete my BBA study in 2 years?

You are allowed to extend your study for another 1 year with the terms and conditions stated below:

If the students fail to complete their BBA study in 2 years, they are required to pay an additional USD 500 tuition fee for their study period 25th month to 36th month.
If the students fail to complete their BBA study in 36 months, their study with EIU-Paris will be lapsed and they will no longer be EIU students.

How are the assessments or grading being done for each subject?

Each subject has a four-part assessment:

Online class attendance and punctuality - 10 marks
Depth and extent of active participation during tutorial seminar – 20 marks
Quiz or Short Exam during the 2 days’ tutorial seminar – 30 marks
Essay-Based Assessments - 40 marks
