Beginning in early 2025, we proudly introduce our Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programs through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) pathway, inspired by Malaysia’s MQA APEL-Q approach. This innovative pathway enables qualified professionals to earn their BBA or MBA in just 6 months, and their DBA in as little as 12 months, without compromising their careers, families, or goals.
All degrees are awarded by European International University (EIU-Paris), a QS-rated university, and are programmatically accredited by ACBSP, USA, ensuring global recognition and high academic standards.

Prof. Dato’ Dr. Ben Lee
Professor Dato’ Dr. Ben Lee, the Founder and President of Times Global Education Ltd, has garnered increasing recognition across the Asia-Pacific region for his exemplary leadership and commitment to community service. With a focus on delivering exceptional executive and educational leadership training leading to Masteral and PhD degree programs, Dr. Lee has forged notable cross-border affiliations with esteemed institutions such as Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST), Palawan State University (Philippines), European International University (France), and Euro College (Macedonia, Europe).
Dr. Lee is renowned for his exceptional leadership capabilities and is guided by a set of core values that underpin his leadership style: hope, courage, passion, inspiration, and integrity. These values have not only driven his own professional advancement but have also served as pillars for the development of his colleagues and faculty within Times Global Education Ltd and its international affiliates.
A proactive leader, Dr. Lee has spearheaded the formation of training associations with universities and colleges in diverse locations including the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Macedonia, and the USA. His leadership has been instrumental in establishing an international open learning consortium in the Philippines, facilitating collaboration among educational institutions, enhancing educational opportunities, fostering capacity-building, and elevating the qualifications of university and college teaching faculties.
Dr. Lee's contributions to academia have been acknowledged through various appointments and honors. He has been appointed as a Visiting Professor at esteemed institutions such as Palawan State University, Southern Luzon State University, Laguna State Polytechnic University, Sultan Kudarat State University, Ifugao State University, and European International University.
In recognition of his outstanding achievements, Dr. Lee was honored with the DSPN (Darjah Setia Pangkuan Negeri) Order of Chivalry in 2014 by the Penang State Government, Malaysia, which bestowed upon him the title Dato'. Additionally, he was conferred with the DJN (Darjah Johan Negeri) in 2009 and the PKT Medal (Pingkat Kelakuan Terpuji) in 2008, prestigious honors recognizing individuals of exceptional conduct and competence.
In June 2018, Dr. Lee was bestowed with the prestigious ASIC Chairman's Outstanding Achievement Award for Transformational Leadership in International Education. This accolade acknowledges his pioneering efforts in developing industry/education partnerships that have revolutionized the educational landscape in Malaysia and beyond. Dr. Lee's commitment to evolving curricula to meet industrial demands and fostering lifelong learning opportunities within Asia has been particularly commendable.
Dr. Lee's advisory roles extend beyond academia. In February 2017, he was appointed as a member of the Advisory Group of the Civil Services Academy (CSA) at Central Institutes of Civil Service (Lower and Upper Myanmar) under the Myanmar Union Civil Service Board. Moreover, in September 2017, Dr. Lee was awarded the International Education Awards by the Accreditation Service for International School, Colleges & Universities (ASIC), UK, in recognition of his outstanding contribution to international education.
In April 2018, Dr. Lee was appointed as the Founding Board Member of the Asia Logistics and Supply Chain Council, further highlighting his multifaceted expertise and leadership in various domains.
Dr. Lee's commitment to cross-border education continues to grow. In October 2016, he was appointed by Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST) as their Cross-Border Education Advisor, and in March 2024, he assumed the role of Advisor for Cross-Border Education at European International University (EIU-Paris).

The European International University (EIU-Paris), is a private higher education establishment authorized by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation, in accordance to and in compliance with the French Education Act: Code de l’Education Articles L 444-1 to 444-11 and R 444-1 to 444-28.
EIU-Paris has been rated 5-STAR university by the QS university rating system.
EIU-Paris degree has been reviewed and evaluated against U.S. standards and is certified to be equivalent to the degree conferred by Regionally Accredited Universities in the United States.
Your EIU-Paris degree can be legalized by the France Government and have it certified by the Vietnam embassy in Paris. Legalization is the process of authenticating the EIU-Paris degree so another country's legal system will recognize it with full legal effect.
