How to Apply – BBA via RPL Pathway

➤ Step 1: Submit Your Application

Complete and submit the (1)BBA Application Form and (2)RPL Evaluation Form, together with your (3)supporting personal and academic documents (e.g., passport, diploma, academic transcripts).

➤ Step 2: Virtual Document Verification

Schedule and attend a virtual verification session to authenticate the documents submitted.

During the session, you will be required to present:

• Your passport or National ID

• A secondary form of identification (e.g., driver’s license or other official legal document)

The verification session can be conducted in English, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Bahasa Indonesia, based on your preference.

This step ensures academic integrity and safeguards the authenticity of all applicants.

➤ Step 3: Admission Confirmation

Upon successful verification and evaluation:

• You will receive your Official Admission Letter

• A Personalized Study Plan will be issued

If you do not meet the eligibility requirements for the RPL BBA Program, both the USD200 Application Fee and USD300 RPL Evaluation Fee will be fully refunded.

➤ Step 4: Begin Your Studies

Applicants admitted through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) pathway will be required to complete five (5) relevant courses, carefully selected by the RPL Evaluation Committee, together with the Business Management Capstone Project, from the list of subjects below.

• Strategic Management

• Human Resource Management

• Supply Chain Management

• Organizational Behavior

• Ethics & Corporate Social Responsibility

• Professional Portfolio

Each module is delivered over two weekends per month - typically on the first and third weekends. Classes are conducted from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, offering a well-structured yet flexible live online learning experience designed to fit the schedules of working professionals.  

 ➤ Step 5: Final Assessment & Degree Award

Students may complete the program and earn the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in as little as 6 months, provided all course requirements are fulfilled within the six-month study period.

1. Admission Fees

• Application Fee:

• RPL Evaluation Fee:

Note: The above fees are fully refundable if the applicant is not eligible for admission into the RPL BBA program.

2. Tuition Fees

BBA Tuition Fee: USD3,900.

*** We currently offer USD1,000 scholarship for the first 25 students enrolled by 31st August 2026. (Pay only USD2,900.) **

• Multilingual Assessment Support
  For assessments conducted in Chinese, Vietnamese or Bahasa Indonesia:

  (Covers language support and administrative processing fees)

• Extended Study Period
